At the direction of Governor Tom Corbett, all Pennsylvania flags at the Capitol Complex and at Commonwealth facilities throughout the state are to be lowered to half-staff immediately, in honor of Governor George M. Leader, who passed away on May 9, 2013.  Flags shall remain at half-staff thru sunset on Thursday, May 16, 2013.

 

  All Pennsylvanians are authorized to join in these tributes.
